WHICH LAWS SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO BRING LAW AND ORDER IN THE STATE?

It is essential to implement good laws to bring discipline in the society. The society can’t progress in an indiscipline environment. There would be chaos in the society if the things are not organized in a proper way. The whole society would appear like a vast forest with animals roaming around, if no laws are implemented to bring discipline in the society.

It is with the implementation of laws, that the animal instinct in the human being is controlled. To a great extent , it is essential to impart the knowledge of laws to him. The moral, political and social education is not sufficient for him. He must know how to conduct himself in the society. He must not behave in a manner to harm anybody in the society. He should not do any offensive action, as it disrupts law and order in the state. The offender must be punished to discourage crime. In fact, in our Nation, the law makers have become the law breakers. There is corruption in every nook and corner of the nation. The members of parliament and the judges are too corrupt . The law makers are framing laws for vested interests and the law interpreters are interpreting laws for selfish motives. The laws like POTA are introduced to arrest the innocent people and to release the criminals from the jails. The judges linger on the cases in the courts for years together to take huge bribes from the influential party. The judges are dismissing the writ petitions on false grounds and passing false judgements, but there is no law to take action against them. The judges must be punished like other people. They are not above law. They should be made to pay heavy compensation if their fraud is proved. They should also be suspended and given imprisonemnt like other corrupt elements of the society. It is strange that our past leaders have not made any laws against them. The judges are not God. They must be dealt as human beings. If they do good, we should give them reward, and if they do evil, punish them. Punishment must not be given to discourage the crime. The criminal must not be spared. Even if he is the president of the country he is equal before law. He should also be beat like the president of the U.S.A who was not spared for any offence. Bill Clinton was greatly defamed when he was exposed before the people for developing physical relationships with various girls. Just like the president of the U.S.A , the president of India should not be spared if his fraud or corrupt activities are detected . He should also be sent behind the bars just like other criminals. But we must consider the fact that though the criminals ought to be punished for their evil deeds, the innocent should not be tortured without any reason. It is a plight that certain corrupt elements of our society are trying to defame good personalities like the former president of India Mr. Abdul Kalam Azad and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi. The people who have good intentions for the country must be rewarded so that the domination of good prevails over evil.
